The IHS Alumni Association, Inc. Mentorship Programme began this morning. IHSAAI alumni member Albena Jack’s presentation on “Knowing Me, Self-Identity and Self-Esteem” was excellent and highly engaging. The students responded very well and actively participated in the hands-on activities. The session encouraged students to recognise their strengths, appreciate their uniqueness, and build confidence in themselves. Overall, it was an informative, meaningful, and enjoyable presentation.
